All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Delayed shipping beyond our control

  • Minor cosmetic differences (color, packaging, etc.)

2. Order Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, item selection, and payment details are accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during the ordering process.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or defective, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery at yourfriends@dancing-rabbit.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or videos as evidence of the damage/defect

We may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion, but this does not constitute a return or refund.

4. Shipping Policy

We ship domestically within the United States. Shipping times and costs are outlined during checkout. While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delays caused by the carrier or weather conditions are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

By purchasing from us, you agree to not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Unauthorized disputes may be considered fraudulent and will be contested.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dancing Rabbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website.
